The Venture Leadership program is constructed to develop leaders in various sized ventures. Sessions focus on elements of innovation, customer development, leadership and growth in enterprises. Each session consists of hands-on exercises and/or case studies, guest speakers, and entrepreneurial education.
Our goal is to educate participants on leading with an entrepreneurial spirit & growing innovative thinking in Northeast Florida enterprises.
