Participants will come away with a detailed self-assessment of their business and a toolkit designed to provide solutions.
The goal of the workshop is to identify areas of infrastructure that will make your business stronger and create a plan to eliminate unnecessary risks. This hands-on process involves prioritizing projects and mapping out a schedule to address them in a methodical way.
